Investments.
We focus on investments with substantial upside where we can add true value to the real estate or company while minimizing investment risk. We focus on being patient investors and only take on deals where we have a substantial co-investment with our limited partners and plan to hold the property for the long term.
Construction.
We manage various types construction: from simple turns between tenants to long-term property improvement plans to building and rebuilding building infrastructure. We have developed a strong group of quality partners and have the construction knowledge to oversee the work for the long term value of the properties we manage.
Management.
We manage our own investments as well as offer management services to select third party property owners. We pride ourselves in developing long term relationships with our owners, investors, vendors and tenants. Through these relationships, our tenants are able to get the most out of their properties, our properties are maintained well for the long term, and the owners/investors maximize their long term returns.
