Richard H. Rechif III
Principal and Sponsor. Rich, a fourth generation San Diegan, grew up in the Bonita area of San Diego’s South Bay. Rich has been working in the real estate industry for almost 15 years. He started his career auditing real estate companies for Deloitte Los Angeles. He returned to San Diego and worked with a couple of successful real estate investment and private equity groups in town.
Rich founded Balboa Real Estate Group in 2011 as an investment-minded full service real estate company. He has significant experience in real estate brokerage, property management, asset management, finance and construction. He has formed several successful real estate partnerships and has produced many happy returning investors.
He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and Certified Public Accountant (inactive). Rich attended University of San Diego High School and the University of Southern California where be earned his Bachelors and Masters of Accountancy. He is a proud Don, Trojan, Rotarian, husband and father. Rich lives in Bonita, California with his wife Sarah, son Henry (2012) and daughter Kate (2014).
Anastasia S. Rechif, CPA
Controller. Anastasia, a third generation San Diegan, leads the financial operations and reporting for the group. She has extensive experience in public accounting, as a public controller and is a Certified Public Accountant. While she has experience in a number of industries, her depth of experience is especially strong in real estate and she is an experienced real estate investor herself. She lived in San Diego’s South Bay community for over 25 years and knows the area well. Anastasia is graduate of California Polytechnic University at Pamona. She is an excellent cook – especially Greek food.
