Integrity.
We seek the highest level of integrity in everything we do. This applies to our investors, our team, and our tenants. We feel a special sense of responsibility to our investors and seek to be fully transparent in all that we do. We also feel integrity with our team, with our tenants, and in all our transactions is crucial in our long-term success.
Long Term.
Our mindset is constantly focused on the long term. We seek long terms relationships with our investors, team members, and tenants. We seek long-term investments that create steady and solid returns year after year creating steady cash flows and generational wealth.
Preservation.
In our investment strategy, our first priority is the preservation of our investors’ principal. While we have hit some home runs, we are not constantly swinging for the fences. We are making investments where we have been able to minimize the downside and maximize stability, cash flows, and reliable returns.
Alignment.
When making an investment in a real estate group, the structure of the deal is important. We work hard to create programs that align the interests of our passive investors along with our sponsors. Additionally, our investment strategy works to align our interests with our tenants. We see our tenants as partners and invest in their success.
Value.
In our acquisitions, we seek to acquire properties that we know have long term value - that we want to own for the long term. We also acquire properties that fit our team’s skillset allowing us to add value to our investment. These properties valuable long term.
Community.
We seek to create community within our company, within our investors, and within our properties. We feel this increases the performance of our team, brings additional value to our investors, and adds value to our communities. This is aligned with our other values of creating long term value and creating genuine partnerships.
